Explore the latest ProjectionLab v3.6.1 features with the introduction of offset mortgages and the impact of the impending TCJA sunset on your financial plans.

ProjectionLab v3.6.1 is here, with some exciting new features from the roadmap! 🎉

By popular request, you can now model offset mortgages. You can link one or more offset accounts to a House asset, offsetting your mortgage balance to reduce lifetime loan interest 🏡

And for US users: with the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act set to sunset at the end of 2025, you can explore the potential effects on your plans by toggling that on/off in Plan Settings > Tax.
