About the Role
Role: Customer Success Specialist
Type: Part-time, remote
Commitment: ~10-15 hours per week, with long-term potential and room to grow
As a Customer Success Specialist, you’ll play a key role in making sure ProjectionLab customers are successful and confident in their financial journey. You’ll engage with our community, answer questions, troubleshoot issues, and provide support via email and Discord.
We put customers first, and your goal will be to drive customer success and help us continuously improve the ProjectionLab experience.
The Ideal Candidate
- Communicates clearly and concisely, with strong attention to detail
- Is a self-starter who enjoys solving problems and taking initiative
- Knows ProjectionLab inside and out (or is eager to learn!)
- Loves helping others and making complex topics easier to understand
- Wants a flexible but impactful role at a fast-growing, bootstrapped startup
