Is my house duplicated on the cash-flow view?

Published Jul 11, 2023

If it looks like your house is showing up twice, there could be some flows related to debt payments and others for different house-related expenses.

If you missed the Expenses subsection of the House form in the Plan UI where there are inputs for property tax, maintenance, insurance, etc, you might want to review that and customize those as you see fit.

Also, if you open up Chart Options on the cash-flow page, under Grouping you have the option to de-aggregate expenses, which will depict more of the underlying flows and line items so it’s easier to recognize the distinction.
