Where can I find my billing information in ProjectionLab?
If you are an admin on a Basic, Pro, or Premium account you can find billing information in your settings.
Click on your avatar circle in the top right corner of your screen > Settings > Subscription Plan.
If you are on the Basic plan you will see that your account is free and does not require a payment method.
Want to change your plan to Pro or Premium? Click Change Plan > click Switch Now under Premium or Pro > Confirm > you will be prompted to add your payment method to pay for your new plan.
If you are already on a paid plan you can choose to Change Plan following the same steps above or Update Payment Method.
Our payment processing system charges and remits local taxes based on your billing address.
Subscription Charge Timing
If you are currently on the 7 day free trial, the trial will convert on the 7th calendar day in Greenwich Mean Time (GMT) after you sign up.
Example: if you sign up for your ProjectionLab free trial on Monday June 8th, your trial will end on Sunday June 15th.
Please note that due to time zone differences and the exact time or location where you signed up, this may not be exactly seven 24-hour periods.
Do you offer monthly plans?
- The Basic plan is free and does not require any payment
- The Premium plan is available annually
- The Pro plan is available monthly and annually
