Where can I find my billing information in ProjectionLab?

For Premium and Pro Plans:

  • Access your billing information by clicking on your profile image in the top right of the screen.
  • Go to Account Settings > Subscription Plan to see your upcoming charges.

Premium Billing

For Employers Plans:

  • Quick Price Overview: Check the Monthly Cost box on the dashboard for price per month (excluding tax).

Cost Box for Employers

  • Detailed View: Click into the Monthly Cost box to see your next payment date and amount, including tax.

For Employers Billing

Note: The jurisdiction used does not impose taxes on this transaction.

  • Alternative Access: Also find information on the date of next payment in Account Settings > Subscription Plan.
