How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription any time by visiting the top right corner of your screen to click on your avatar > Account Settings > Subscription Plan > Cancel Subscription.
After cancelling, we have a brief survey to get your feedback. Our team reads and appreciates all feedback as we continue to improve ProjectionLab. We hope to see you back in the future.
Please note that you can still continue to access the Basic plan, which is the free version of ProjectionLab, after your subscription expires.
